Academic background includes a B.A. in Political Science and Law (2014) from LMU Munich and the University of Bergen, as well as an M.Sc. in EU Politics (2016) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Professional experience as a Senior Policy Advisor for Environment and Energy at the EU Office of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.
Research interests focus on evaluation-based research funding, grant writing practices, and gender integration in research and innovation (R&I), with an emphasis on how funding structures shape grant writing and diversity in research.
