Verena Müller is a Researcher and doctoral candidate at the Professorship for Law, Science, and Technology. Her research focuses on the interrelation between emerging technologies and artificial intelligence and the protection of humans, health, and the environment. In her PhD project "Sustainability by Design", she examines the ecological implications of artificial intelligence and develops legal and design-based approaches to integrate innovation and environmental protection.
Before joining the Technical University of Munich, Verena Müller studied law at the University of Bayreuth, specializing in public economy and the environment. In addition, she completed a technical-scientific study program for lawyers at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Bayreuth. Furthermore, Verena is a trained emergency medical technician and actively practicing in the field.
