He joined TUM in May 2026 as a member of the TransforM consortium. His research is on the development of data-collection technologies in collaborative research settings, particularly those involving technology partners and farmers. In February 2026, he completed a joint industrial PhD between the University of Milan and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, collaborating with a start-up developing technologies for biodiversity biomonitoring through honeybee hives. During his doctoral studies, he undertook two research stays in the Netherlands, at Wageningen University & Research (2024) and Eindhoven University of Technology (2025).
